USC Advanced Games Project Capstone
B.L.U.E. is a 3D PvP engineering-inspired combat sandbox set in deep space. Build your own ships with modular parts, and shape their behavior through real physics. Experiment with mass, balance, thrust, durability, and design the most crazy ship and fight to the death against each other!
As a 3D Artist working on B.L.U.E, I specialize in hard-surface spaceship part modeling, collaborating closely with game designers and engineers to ensure our assets support and reflect intended gameplay mechanics. I was solely responsible for all aspects of ship-parts I created, from concept, to shape language, to gameplay viability testing & blockouts, and final hardsurface modeling + texturing.
I also was responsible for ideating 20+ ship-part concepts in early development, helping shape what many components have become today.
